Adels-Contact, a supplier in the electronics industry, has been using the business management software abas for ten years now. Despite smooth operations and significant revenue growth without increased personnel, the company decided to take an unusual step: They put their business processes, the software handling, their data quality, and much more to the test. As part of a large-scale IT overhaul the electronics specialists re-evaluated how they were using their ERP system and made many subsequent changes with the goals of working more efficiently, improving product and customer service quality, reducing costs, and improving returns.
