 Haeussler did not have a structured IT environment. Many isolated
solutions interfered with the flow of information. In 2006, the company
implemented abas Business Software and considerably increased liquidity,
transparency, and productivity. All modification done within the software
remain intact after a release upgrade. |

Perfect processes due to evolutionary ERP software |
|||||
 Pump manufacturer Ritz GmbH & Co. KG decided to introduce a new ERP
package after the previous IT environment, which consisted of many isolated
solutions, had reached its limits. The new software needed to achieve the
following: to standardize the IT system environment, to maximize
cost-effectiveness, to increase transparency, to improve delivery reliability
as well as permanent optimization of internal and external processes. A
suitable solution was found in abas Business Software (ERP – PPC – MRP –
eBusiness). |

On June 17, 2010 chairman of the supervisory board, Thomas Frank, and CEO, Werner Strub, reported about the business development of ABAS Software AG at the annual shareholders' meeting. 2009 has been affected by recession and a reluctance to invest. Despite a decrease in turnover of 7.5%, ABAS has managed to remain in positive figures for the sixteenth year in a row. |

Ibérica welcomes its new customer Covinil. Complejos de Vinilo S.A (Covinil
S.A.) is a Spanish company, founded in 1975, that produces films made from UPVC
(Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride) and CPP (Cast Polypropylen). These films
are distributed worldwide under the brand name CECRONIL ® and are
used for various flexible packaging applications. Core competence and main area
of application are the confectionary industry and the market for christmas
decorations. |

 A new customer of ABAS Projektierung GmbH in
Hockenheim is Springtec Löw GmbH. Already in 2007, the companies C.W. Hanebeck
Söhne GmbH, Friedhelm Nüsken GmbH as well as Halver und Schrimpf &
Schöneberg GmbH & Co. KG, which belong to the group of companies, have
opted for ABAS. In addition to the expansion of the production and product
range, which today covers almost the entire range of springs, stampings and
bent parts, the group of companies is available with all its know-how as a
development partner. |
