Karyer Group, leading manufacturer and global distributor of heat exchangers, will implement abas Business Software (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness). abas ERP will synchronize multiple production facilities with Karyer’s head office in Istanbul, Turkey and increase transparency among the 430 employees.

This year, ABAS celebrates its 30th anniversary and is proud of continuous growth, an increasing customer base around the world, and an independence of banks and investors. Karyer Group has also been established for more than 30 years and exports its products in more than 50 countries. Karyer is mainly specialized in copper tubes and aluminum finned heat exchangers. Their product range includes blast freezers, mobile air conditioning evaporators, and water & steam coils. abas ERP will optimize their single unit production and help to increase Karyer’s distribution around the world.

Two online shops developed by ABAS Projektierung e-Solutions were successfully launched and are both connected with abas ERP. GOLD4NINE for B2C allows its customers to purchase various and customized gold products online. AUTEC Dealers Club for B2B is a portal to purchase rims and accessories that match everyones’ personality. Both online shops focus on security and are fully linked with abas ERP.

Freund Drehtechnik GmbH was founded in 1983 as a metal-processing company to manufacture turned parts and employs a permanent staff of sixty employees today. On 4,000 sqm over 3,000 tons of steel are processed annually in bar, pipe and coil form. In addition to the traditional free cutting steel, precision pipe, aluminium, stainless steel of the qualities 1.4035, 1.4104 and 1.4305 and brass are also processed in diameters from 4 to 65 mm. In 1995, the company expanded its area of operations to the final processing of cold form parts. The company, located in Lüdenscheid, will be relying on abas ERP and the implementation partner ABAS Projektierung GmbH in Cologne to optimize business processes from now on.
