“Efficiency – Innovation – Sustainability” is the motto for this year’s Hannover Messe in Germany. The fair will take place from April 19th to 23rd and will be showcasing innovations, new developments and techniques. ABAS will present, together with its international software partners, the latest innovations for abas Business Software (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness) in hall 17 at stand B56. The focus will be placed on innovations in the areas abas infosystems, CRM, shipping and sales planning, as well as comprehensive new eBusiness applications.

ABAS-USA has announced a record quarter in new software sales, with an increase of over 300% in Q1 of 2010 over Q1 2009. ABAS-USA has been profitable every year since opening in 2002 and shown tremendous growth in 2008, 2009, and Q1 2010. abas ERP core values include upgradeability, flexibility, and being a long term solution.

According to ABAS-USA President Alan Salton: "We continue to provide a high value, flexible ERP solution to the mid market. Our focus on distribution and make-to-order, assemble-to-order and engineer-to-order manufacturing allows us to bring industry best practices as well as state of the art software to our customers. Görsel Group chose abas ERP and abas eB as their enterprise software. Görsel Group provides outdoor advertising, branding, and designs to increase corporate identity for their customers and has decided to manage its business processes with abas Business Software (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness)

Before Görsel Group started their ERP selection process, they had to clearify their requirements first. Görsel Group realized early that they needed a more transparent way to share information without increasing human resources. After having no success with any office solution, Görsel decided to look for an ERP software to do the job.

Multiple ERP orders during CeBIT, a 30% increase in booth visitors, a new trade fair booth visible from a distance, and the visit of Minister of State Rau ensured a good atmosphere at the ABAS trade fair booth.

For ABAS and its partners, the year 2010 was one of the most successful CeBIT fairs ever. Two new customers could already be acquired during the trade fair. Dienes Group will implement abas ERP in the U.S.A., Germany, and Hungary. Thanks to its global partner network, ABAS was able to score decisively.

Heless, located in Germany, has been producing doll's accessories and toys for girls for over 60 years. Today, the family company is successfully managed by Beate Becker. It was she who, as a young boss in 1983, decided to lead the midsize company into the age of electronic data processing. The young businesswoman did not select one of the usual software solutions by one of the large hardware manufacturers like Siemens, IBM or Nixdorf, but gave the newcomer ABAS a chance. A decision she did not regret.

ABAS Business Solutions Sdn Bhd welcomes its new customer - Central Sugars Refinery (CSR) in Selangor, Malaysia. CSR offers a wide range of high-quality sucrose-based products that comprised of refined sugar as well as liquid products for export, domestic and industrial purposes. In addition, CSR is the first company in the Malaysian sugar industry to be awarded both the MS ISO 9002:1987 Quality Management System Certification and MS ISO 14001 Certification for Environment Management System (SIRIM QAS). Today, CSR achieves a melting capacity of 1,500 metric tonnes a day and is poised to become the nation’s leading producer of refined sugars in the near future.

The ABAS Projektierung GmbH in Nordhausen welcomes another new customer. As an efficient series supplier of turning, milling and grinding parts, Martin Dellit Präzisionsdreherei GmbH & Co. KG is a competent partner for the automotive, hydraulics and electrical industries, as well as for the mechanical engineering, vehicle and aircraft industries. Their services include not only serial production of turning and milling parts, but also the (entire) assembly of modules.

Rhino Roofing, Sri Lanka's market leader in the area of roof manufacturing has been operating in this area for over 40 years. The company has now decided to optimize business processes using abas ERP. Providence Network & Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., Sri Lanka, will carry out the implementation of abas Business Software using Linux.
