 ADA Cosmetics, the market leader in premium hotel cosmetics reached its limits with their previous business software and needed more than just an upgrade. Due to a broad product range, their new system had to be able to manage batch and process manufacturing as well as custom and small-scale production. Because ADA Cosmetics distributes through various national and international locations, it also had to be equipped with multi-user features. abas Business Software meets all these requirements and assists the hotel cosmetics specialist since 2001. abas ERP has exceeded all of ADA‘s expectations over the years. With evolutionary and innovative abas Business Software, ADA works with a tool that easily connects new locations, continuously optimizes processes and saves costs. |

New abas ERP Customer: Elmo & Montegrappa / Italy |

 Elmo & Montegrappa selects abas ERP as their business software. Elmo-Montegrappa was founded in 1912 at Bassano del Grappa, in Italy, by the union of the German engineer Heinrich Helm and the Veneto businessman Alessandro Marzotto. They dedicated themselves to the realization of pens that were valued for their unsurpassed quality. In 1978 a new era was decreed for Montegrappa. The Aquila family took over the company and initiated the production of writing instruments destined to be ever more exclusive. Today Montegrappa pens are valued globally for their excellent quality, exclusive design, functionality and the ancient tradition that has distinguished them since 1912.The project is supervised by ABAS Business Solutions Italia of Calderara di Reno (Bologna), Italian abas ERP partner for over 3 years, focusing on support, development, consulting with functional analysts and programmers. The project also includes Liberobit.net, partner of ABAS Italia, who provides consulting on networking & connectivity environment in GNU/Linux. Gianfranco Aquila, owner of Elmo & Montegrappa, outlines the reasons that have lead to select abas ERP, “In my opinion abas ERP is the most competent and efficient solution to respond to this need”. |

Over 18 years, the company has developed into one of the largest purchasing and marketing associations in ophthalmic optics and currently has around 1700 employees. Brillen-Profi colleagues are a joint venture which requires the effort from each individual. Through the common purchasing from selected vendors, they are in the position to provide their customers with an excellent cost/performance ratio. |
