ABAS and their global software partners will present further developments of its abas Business Software at this year’s CeBIT: Hall 5 / Booth A18. A newly developed series of Workbenches gives abas users the advantage of being able to manage any process from a single screen. This new development revolutionizes the way ERP is implemented and used. ABAS delivers pre-defined configurable process-based workbenches. From these screens, users can create and manage transactions, utilize process flow and workflow, call external systems, and have access to all necessary information, instead of working with multiple windows. abas users are able to make quick decisions and to optimize the management of business processes.

The Chinese abas partner ABAS Business Solutions (PRC) Ltd. was able to gain another new customer with SKF Economos Sealing Solutions Co. Ltd. The branches in Belgium, Italy, Austria, and the USA already put their trust in abas Business Software. Economos aspires to become the technology leader in the sealing industry by providing their customers with high-quality sealing and engineering plastics solutions.

In 1998, HOMA Pumpenfabrik GmbH chose to use abas Business Software. This decision is now being followed by the American branch in Ansonia (Connecticut), HOMA Pump Technology, Inc. HOMA began its business with the production of electric motors and was a supplier for ABS Pumps. Starting in 1963, HOMA began self-construction and building submersible pumps and pumping stations. The current product portfolio includes pumps for delivery heights of up to 72 meters and delivery volumes of up to 4500 m3/h as well as motors with a performance of up to 419 kW. Abas-USA Inc. welcomes its new customer.

Yet another company has opted for abas Distribution and ABAS Projektierung Rhein-Main as its implementation partner. Logiccon GmbH in Neu-Isenburg views itself as a hub for high-quality network components from all leading manufacturers that are used actively and passively. The start-up company, whose employees bring many years of experience in this field, covers the Rhine Main Region. The company offers installation, service, support, and also conception and consultation for network design to midsize companies. Its portfolio also includes service for system houses. Logiccon CEO Michael Mahr looks forward to working together with ABAS Projektierung Rhein-Main in Langen: "The references and profound know-how of the Hessian abas partner made the decision a very quick and easy one for us. At the same time, abas Business Software fulfills all of our requirements."
