The „Universidad del Valle de Atemajac“ (UNIVA) is the first private university in Latin America which enables its students to acquire IT knowledge in practice in the area of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The ABAS Software AG has sponsored the university with their ERP Software for this purpose. The young and internationally oriented Mexican university and the globally operating abas Business Software are matching each other’s needs perfectly.

“High quality, high efficiency and low cost” are Winly’s guidelines for success in the highly competitive automotive sector. Its new ERP system, the abas Business Software, helps the manufacturer to achieve this goal. At the beginning of 2008, the abas Business Software was implemented at Winly Automotive (Shenzhen) Limited.

Another new customer of the abas system gmbh is the AEG ursatronics GmbH. AEG ursatronics is a successfull medium sized company with an experience of more than 30 years in the field of electronics and automation engineering. In the product group telecontrol engineering hard- and software solutions are being developed. The product field EMS & Elektronic services offers the customers the complete service chain from the development, production and testing of assemblies and devices to the production of complete systems, including the switchboard assembly.

The ABAS Systemhaus GmbH for integrated organization solutions provides the Rostock University with 20 free of charge installations of the abas Busines Software for the application in research, education and training. Via projects or final papers the students obtain a practical insight in the abas ERP system. Since the abas Business Software has been widely-used particularly in medium-sized businesses, it turns out that graduates who are skilled in this system have a bonus for their career entry. The following degrees can be achieved at the university that was founded in 1419: Staatsexamen (state examination), Bakkalaureus / Magister, Diplom, Bachelor / Master. Under the motto "TRADITIO et INNOVATIO" young people are offered an extraordinarily wide range of courses in education and research and a future-oriented training.

In the future, approx. 300 employees of Pratidin Prakashani Ltd. willoptimize their business processes with the flexible ERP solution of ABAS.Established in1992, among other things, the Indian publisher publishes the daily newspaper "Dainik Pratidin" which is a very well-known newspaper in Western Region of India. The introduction of abas ERP as well as the future support is done by the on-site partner ABAS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. India
