CeBIT is the world’s most comprehensive showcase of digital technology. CeBIT 2008 (www.cebit.de/homepage_e) will be held from March 4-9 in Hannover, Germany. ABAS Software is reaching all four corners of the globe. Now, the software provider from Karlsruhe has arrived in Thailand and established a new partnership with "Wisdom Information Systems". Wisdom is located in Bangkok, Thailand’s capital city with a population of 7 million and the business hub of Southeast Asia.

ABAS Software, a leading provider of flexible enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the availability of an Aberdeen Research Group Research report titled, “ERP in SMB: Exploring Growth Strategies.” The research finds that small and mid-sized companies are twice as likely to outgrow their ERP systems than larger companies. ABAS Software co-sponsored the research by Aberdeen, a Harte-Hanks Company.

The ABAS Projektierung GmbH in Cologne welcomes its new customer Busch & Müller KG. In 1925 the company started to produce rear reflectors and is now a renowned company with a wide product range for the bicycle industry. From rear reflectors to children's bicycles - the traditional company provides over 500 different products.

Since 2004 the parent company of the Economos group in Austria has been opting for ABAS. In the following years the subsidiaries in Belgium and Italy were connected and will be followed this year by the subsidiary in the US. The group of companies aspires to become the technology leader in the sealing industry by providing their customers with high-quality sealing and engineering plastics solutions. The American subsidiary is being supported togehter by ABAS-USA Inc and the abas partner Nittmann & Pekoll GesmbH.
