	New Orders January 2005

	The 150 employees at AutoForm Engineering GmbH in Zurich will be using abas Trade in the future. AutoForm develops and distributes software for mold designing and for simulating sheet metal forming processes and is the leading software provider worldwide for the automotive industry in the area of feasibility analysis, method planning and virtual process optimization. The ERP project is implemented by the abas partner SteinhilberSchwehr AG (Switzerland).

	New customer of the abas partner Wilken AG is the Bombasei-Decor AG. The company which is located in Switzerland produces and distributes decorative products. Bombasei has specialized on waferthin chocolate creations for desserts, on ornate sweets for coorporate customers and on printed marzipan applications as well as printed foils.

	CFG SA has also opted for abas ERP. Operating language is French. 65 employees are working in the areas engineering and micro electronics. Supporting abas partner is the SteinhilberSchwehr AG (Switzerland). In the future, 18 users at ETA Heiztechnik GmbH will be working with abas Business Software. ETA is a new customer of the Austrian abas partners Nittmann & Pekoll GesmbH. ETA develops and produces kilns for pellets, chopped goods and firewoods.

	KAMP develops and produces furniture products for offices. The company, located in the Vogtland region, continues a well-established furniture tradition, which can be distinguished by the highest quality standards. KAMP Büromöbelsysteme has 50 employees and is a manufacturer of innovative, user-oriented office furniture systems and offers economic and future-proof office solutions. A perfect service, ideal planning and common solutions make the workspace more efficient and cost-effective. Customer support and customer satisfaction are of capital importance. By using the abas Business Software in cooperation with the alltrotec GmbH, business interests will be optimized to work more efficiently and customer friendly.

	80 employees at MATADOR GmbH & Co. KG are producing standard tools as well as highly specialized individual tools. The production program comprises special tools for the automotive industry as well as sockets for wrenches and ratchets. The EDI solution provided by Seeburger will also be connected. The supporting abas partner is the ABAS Systemhaus Wuppertal GmbH. New customer of the ABAS Informationssysteme GmbH is the Leben & Co GmbH. The component supplier develops, produces and mounts shock absorbers, vibration dampers, oil brakes, hydropneumatic shock absorbing legs etc. Mecaplast SA will introduce the abas Business Software along with the abas partner SteinhilberSchwehr AG (Switzerland). Company objective is the punching, coining and printing of cardboard as well as in plastics processing.

	Molinari Consulting is an engineering and consulting firm, supporting operators, developers and vehicle manufacturers when realizing innovative traffic concepts. Today, around 10 persons are working for Molinari Consulting in Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Austria. The ERP project is supported by the abas partner SteinhilberSchwehr AG (Switzerland). Another new customer of SteinhilberSchwehr AG (Switzerland) is Morand R. et Fils SA. 20 users will be working with the French version of the abas Business Software. Morand produces metal constructions. Individual automation solutions that are based on microprocessors and PCs in the industrial electronics area form the special area of expertise of the PROCON PAS Elektronik GmbH. PROCON is located in Willich in North Rhine-Westphalia and operates worldwide in the electronics sector. Business activities comprise the development of a product idea, building the prototype and the subsequent serial production up to the mounting, introduction and aftercare operations. In order to handle their business processes PROCON PAS Elektrotechnik GmbH has decided to have the abas Business Software implemented by the ABAS Systemhaus GmbH. Thus, PROCON follows the parent company Harms & Wende GmbH & Co. KG in Hamburg, which has been using abas ERP since 1999.

	Somaflex GmbH, which operates in the area of special purpose machines, is a new customer of the ABAS Projektierung GmbH. The company specializes in developing and producing machines for rotative processes such as wounds, unwounds and cross wounds, stamping, embossing, printing, cutting, coating, transporting, aligning, stacking, packing etc. of flexible materials of each kind and dimension. Paper, labels, cardboard, foils, felt, fleece, Velcro material, fabrics and wires are just some of the materials that are being processed. Stejasa Agregados Industriales has been building and developing expansion joints and special absorbers since1974. The company has more than 50 highly qualified employees and is located in Madrid. Stejasa has customers worldwide. The company is going to use abas ERP on 12 workstations, the system is used on a Maxdata server using Linux. The Abas Business Solutions Iberica S.L. is responsible for the ERP project. VOGASPORT has decided in favor of the trade solution abas Trade. VOGASPORT operates in the areas school and club sports, athletics and gymnastics and is a general agent of DIMASPORT and Janssen + Fritsen for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Supporting abas partner is the Wilken AG.

	WaCo Gerätetechnik GmbH is a modern industrial enterprise located in Dresden. The 45 employees of the company are linking company traditions with the high technical demands of modern industrial production. For companies in the electrotechnology, electronics, medical technology, laboratory apparatus, precision engineering and engineering sectors of industry, WaCo designs and produces customer-specific sheet metal components, assemblies and entire devices. The abas partner alltrotec GmbH will be implementing the abas Business Software at WaCo Gerätetechnik GmbH. In the future, 10 users will work with abas Business Software. The Wimmer Felstechnik GmbH, located in the Austrian town Thalgau, changes from an individual solution to abas ERP. Company objective is the production of rock working machines for the mining industry. Shovels, demolition tools, gripper systems, drilling gear, quarrying tools and hydraulic hammers are among the products that are being produced. The connection of the subsidiary companies in the Czech Republic and Canada via terminal server is planned. Mobile PDC devices will also be connected. Supporting abas partner is the Nittmann & Pekoll GesmbH.
