models. The product search can be carried out in an user-friendly
manner according to identity number, search word or as a full-text
search. Further functions are e.g. price determination, calculation
of special offers, cross selling, up selling, as well as providing
accessories.

when developing abas eB webshop. A large part of the certification
requirements have already been fulfilled. This means

Present your products online with abas eB product catalog:
product details, images, CAD drawings, etc. can be made available
easily. Product data can be maintained efficiently in the ERP
system and double maintenance will be avoided.
abas Business Software service function is the basis for the spare
parts catalog. All products for which spare parts can be purchased
are maintained as service products. This ensures that BOMs
are up-to-date and spare parts can also be ordered for older devices.
No additional maintenance effort for a special spare parts
catalog must be made.

Sales representatives can create or call up processes directly on
their site of operation. Time-consuming administrative tasks cease

can look up the history of a product, identify and order spare or

and the invoice can be created. Warranty and repair orders, as
well as service assignments of the service engineer can be carried

The vendor connection (web EDI) enables an easy integration
