Directions

Arriving from Frankfurt

• A5 - take the exit "Karlsruhe Mitte" and head towards Landau/Stadtmitte
• Take Exit 4 from the 'Südtangente' (the city motorway). Please note: the exit comes directly at the end of the tunnel.
• You then get onto the "Brauerstrasse" road. Turn left at the second set of lights into the 'Südendstrasse'.
• Another 70m down the road you arrive at the entrance to the ZKM underground car park.
• You should exit the car park by foot and walk to no. 42 Südendstr. The ABAS reception, training rooms, administration and support departments are all located on the 2nd floor.

Arriving from Stuttgart

• A8 - on the motorway from Karlsruhe heading towards Frankfurt - follow signs for "Karlsruhe Mitte/Landau"
• TakeExit 4 from the 'Südtangente' (the city motorway). Please note: the exit comes directly at the end of the tunnel.
• You are then on the "Brauerstrasse" road. Turn left at the second set of lights into the 'Südendstrasse'.
• Another 70m down the road you arrive at the entrance to the ZKM underground car park.
• You should exit the car park by foot and walk to no. 42 Südendstr. The ABAS reception, training rooms, administration and support departments are all located on the 2nd floor.

Arriving from Basel

• A5 - take the "Karlsruhe Süd" exit ("Ausfahrt" = exit) and head in the direction of Stadtmitte, ZKM.
• carry on approx. 4 km straight ahead. This street becomes the "Brauerstrasse". Turn left at the second set of lights into the 'Südendstrasse'.
• Another 70m down the road you arrive at the entrance to the ZKM underground car park.
• You should exit the car park by foot and walk to no. 42 Südendstr. The ABAS reception, training rooms, administration and support departments are all located on the 2nd floor.

Arriving by Train

• Travel to Karlsruhe main railway station

• In front of the train station you should take the no. 2E tram in the direction of "Siemensallee".
• Exit at the "ZKM" tram-stop;
  The ABAS building is situated on the left-hand side right beside the tram stop;
• The ABAS reception, training rooms, administration and support departments are all located on the Südendstrasse side. The development department can be reached from the Brauerstr. entrance.
• Timetable for the no. 2E tram:
  Every 10 minutes Monday to Friday: 06.00 - 19.00;
  The journey takes about 5 minutes from the train station to the "ZKM" tram-stop.
