1,700 viewers during International ERP Software Seminar live from CeBIT in Germany

Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening – ABAS welcomes a global audience via livestream

 
International ERP-Seminar Convention Center CeBIT 2011Hanover, Germany, March 4th 2011 – On March 1st at 9 am, gates opened at CeBIT 2011. It was already 3 pm in Bangkok, 4 pm in Beijing, and 7pm in Sydney, while on the other side of the world in Los Angeles the day just began. Half an hour later, about 1,700 spectators from 22 different countries joined ABAS for the International ERP Software Seminar via livestream and saw the value of ABAS through the eyes of customers from Turkey and Austria.

SKF Economos, based in Austria, is considered a pioneer in mechanical seal technology. SKF Economos has various product lines. From customized manufactured turbine seals up to 8,600 mm in diameter on small-scale production of tailor made plastic parts to complete machines. 273 users at 12 locations in 10 countries are working with abas Business Software, which is administrated by only 2 IT administrators.

 

Leopold Heidegger, CFO of SKF Economos GmbH, emphasized in his presentations on the local presence of qualified software partners to ensure rapid and successful ERP implementations according to legal and country-specific requirements with regards to the different cultures. Nittmann & Pekoll from Austria supports SKF Economos at their HQ in Judenburg, Austria.

Since early 2011, Bento is using abas Business Software. The company manufactures custom gaskets and tape, grew from 20 employees to 200, and exports their products into 40 countries.
