The fair will take place from April 19th to 23rd and will be showcasing innovations, new developments and techniques. In addition, there are also new standard applications available: e.g. service, scanner connection, spare parts catalog, vendor connection, product valuation, online exchange of business processes with vendors and Web EDI integration of vendors.

Shipping planning in abas Business Software was also further developed. It is now possible to create mixed palettes, calculate packaging material and carry out packaging material plausibility checks.

Sales planning – rolling planning

abas Business Software projects sales forecasts based on historical values. Material planning then determines the resulting material requirement. Due to rolling planning, the preview in purchasing and sales is always up-to-date.

New functions optimize search comfort in abas Business Software. Users are now supported by a structured or an unstructured full text search and manifold sorting options when wanting to quickly find data. The abas search engine is similar to established Internet search engines and can be used immediately.
