	ABAS customer forum „Trends 2010“
	Today’s solutions for tomorrow’s processes

	Karlsruhe, September 21st, 2009 – On September 24th and 25th 2009, ABAS Software AG presents upcoming trends and solutions around abas Business Software (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness). Customers representing, medium-sized production, services and distribution companies from around the world will visit Karlsruhe convention center to gain inside access of today’s solutions for tomorrow’s processes.

	It will still be a long and bumpy road out of the economic crisis, but every crisis provides opportunities as well. An innovative and ambitious mindset helps to stay ahead of the competition. The abas customer forum with its versatile workshops is to be seen as an inspirational source for abas business software users to develop new ideas of optimizing business processes. The workshop‘s spectrum has a broad range of topics for participants to look into, from PPC, CRM, services and EDI to accounting, eBusiness, portal and eLearning. Technical aspects such as performance and virtualization are covered as well. This portfolio is extensively complemented by fellow software and cooperation partner‘s additional solutions. 	New sales planning
	The sales planning workshop shows how intuitive abas Business Software calculates sales forecasts based on previous data. Through continuous planning, sales forecasts are always up to date.

	Infosystems and Dashboards
	Participants can visit workshops around portals, eBusiness and web applications. Based on globally accepted standards, abas web applications have been further improved. In addition, new standard features have been added this year. Scanner-integration, online business process exchange or web-EDI-integration of suppliers and eBusiness with Service Inhouse complement this workshop. New infosystems and dashboards with key performance indicators and alerts are shown and displayed.
