Since July 1, 2007, Peter Walser has been supporting the CEO Werner Strub in the company's management. Werner Strub is responsible for the areas finances, development and expansion of the markets, sales partnerships, cooperations and administration.

Peter Walser manages the technical side of the business. He is responsible for the further development, quality and maintenance of the abas Business Software. Furthermore, he is responsible for structuring the internal organization.

The new technology management board studied computer science at the University of Karlsruhe and has been working for ABAS since 1983 with breaks in between. In 1991, Peter Walser joined the company as an abas ERP developer. When the company was changed into a corporation, Peter Walser became a member of the supervisory board in 1996 and operated as its chairman from 1998 to 2006.
