Karlsruhe, April 17, 2007 - Nowadays the technology used daily would be unthinkable without micro electronics. Medium-sized businesses in Germany have continually asserted themselves as a driving force of innovations. As a typical representative of this company type, Auerswald has made a name for itself. The product range comprises telephone systems, telephones, system accessories and software. In 1992, the company successfully implemented the abas Business Software (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness) to optimize its business processes.

  
     
 

One of the greatest strengths of the Auerswald brand is the impressive diversity of the product range. From simple fax switches to modular expandable ISDN telephone systems, everyone can find a solution tailored to individual communication requirements.

Since 1992, Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG has been using the abas ERP solution, supported by the implementation partner abas system gmbh. The data transfer from the legacy system went smoothly. Company specific adjustments were carried out by Auerswald without any problems. Regular upgrades ensure an up-to-date software, all adjustments previously carried out will remain.

The "project highlights" are: external processing, service processing, online spare parts shop, evaluation of traders, upgrade center with connection to the online shop, electronic identity number recording in the goods issue.
