Karlsruhe, May 22, 2006 - From June 21 - 22, 2006, the IT trade fair Midvidion opens its doors. Together with its sales partners, the ERP and eBusiness provider ABAS from Karlsruhe present innovations regarding the abas Business Software (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness) on stand D12.

The Karlsruhe Messe and Kongress GmbH expects approx. 130 exhibitors and 5000 trade visitors at the Neue Messe Karlsruhe. The focus of the trade fair is placed on current IT topics related to medium-sized businesses; the automotive and processing industry, as well as mechanical engineering are of special importance. Emphasis will be place on BPM (Business Process Management), CRM, ERP and IT security.

At the abas stand Midvision visitors will be provided with information about the abas Business Software. The brand name abas Business Software includes the products abas ERP, abas Trade and abas eB. Thus, a complete solution which provides a broad spectrum of functions is available to medium-sized companies: from purchasing and sales through to materials management, production planning and production through to accounting and eBusiness. ABAS presents current innovations for example with the new Service Center, which supports the service technician when preparing the next assignment on customer location. Further topics are the integration of RFID systems into abas ERP, a portal solution, data exchange between several production locations (MultiSite), the international focus, as well as enhancements in all function areas of abas Business Software.
