BBS agrees on ABAS for their ERP solution  
     
  Karlsruhe, January 12, 2006 - Whoever does not use the package to its utmost capacity is always a step behind. The competitive pressure is immense and the high level of organization in racing exists in hardly any other business sector. The BBS Kraftfahrzeugtechnik AG plays an important role in four Formula 1 teams (e.g. light alloy wheels) . In order to maintain the standard of quality already reached and to further expand the BBS will implement the highly flexible and multilingual abas Business Software. The evolutionary system approach of the ERP package optimally supports the worldwide expansion of BBS.  
     
  The analysis of use after the presentations  
     
  Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), the release strategy of the provider, integrated automotive functionalities, performance, multilingualism of solutions and competent service close to each location were all components of an extensive analysis of use which the BBS selection team carried out after the presentations. The software providers references were extremely important to BBS. It was checked in detail if the systems remaining in the selection would fulfil the promises made in presentations when they are used in practice.  
     
  100% agreement on the abas Business Software  
     
  In the end there was an obvious winner: 100% agreement on the abas Business Software Thomas Haag, Project Leader of BBS, speaking on the software implementation: „The functionality of the systems was absolutely comparible.
