	The specialist for packaging solutions opts for new Webshop with abas eB

	Karlsruhe, September 9th, 2005 - Since July 2005, Leser GmbH, a specialist for sophisticated packaging solutions located in Lahr, has integrated the industry’s largest Webshop (www.leser.de). The online shop was put into practice by means of the eBusiness solution abas eB which provides highly flexible internet solutions for medium-sized businesses. The implementation and support of the ERP and eBusiness project at Leser is carried out by the abas partner SteinhilberSchwehr AG.

	Webshop provides twenty-four-seven service

	In the new Leser online shop, customers are able to order packaging in various materials, colors and shapes, 24 hours a day. When the shop was structured, the customer’s demands were of utmost importance. The customers can not only order Leser products in a secure way, but also very comfortably. The function „My account“ for example provides extensive administration options. Thus, it is possible to create different delivery addresses and to view the status of current sales orders. A search function makes it easier to find products fast.

	The “Invoice” function makes it possible to call up old purchase orders again and to revert to the existing selection of already ordered products in order to facilitate repeat orders. This is also possible for products that were individually manufactured. Prices will be automatically updated. Thus, purchase orders via the Internet will not only become faster but also considerably easier. Moreover, Leser has exclusive special offers in the online shop. Ralf Leser of Leser GmbH: „The abas Webshop is integrated into the design of our entire Web presence. Our customers can now order safely and comfortably twenty-four-seven. Various comfortable administration options are available, e.g. the creation of delivery addresses or a sales order and invoice overview. Previous sales orders can be accessed for repeat orders. With the online shop we are able to provide the perfect service to the Leser customers.”
