New Partners in Italy and Switzerland  
     
  Karlsruhe, February 4, 2004 - The ABAS Software AG, Karlsruhe, ERP and eBusiness software provider for medium-sized businesses gains new sales partners in Italy and Switzerland. This indirect distribution organization with over 40 partners worldwide ensures quick reaction times and a high quality of service on site.  
     
  Switzerland: abas Business Software perfectly suits the Wilken Philosophy  
     
  The 190 employees of the Wilken Group create a business process software for the efficient handling of processes within the business and management. The Swiss site in Freidorf of the company, with its headquarters in Ulm, will immediately take over the support in the Swiss market dealing with all questions about abas Business Software. In order to expand the product and service portfolio Wilken looked for a profitable partner in the business standard software sector (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness) for small to medium-sized businesses. Andreas Naujack, CEO of the Wilken AG Freidorf comments: "Using abas ERP we can now also serve the less profitable customers in medium-sized businesses, who often require more than our own Wilken software can provide."   Italy: Competent IT Services for medium-sized Companies  
     
  The new Italian partner Ciemme Service s.r.l, with its headquarters in Zola Predosa (Bologna), is suited to ABAS. Since 1997 Ciemme has been a provider of an extensive range of IT services. Ciemme has been responsible for IT within the FINI Compressors Group, a large production company with more than 400 employees and with branches worldwide, since 1997. 15 experienced Ciemme employees are specialized in ERP Management, IBM I-Series or AS/400, Lotus Notes, Web Applications, and also Groupware Solutions.
